Fiest- Phyllis (nee: Charvill) of Lambeth passed away peacefully on Monday, October 19, 2026 at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 95.
Phyllis was the dearly loved wife of the late Michael Fiest (2017), mother of the late Michael Geoffrey Fiest (2026) wife Mary Ann and loving mother of Dietrich and his wife Mary-Lynn Fiest of Lambeth. She was Grandma to Alex, Dallas and Jordan and a deeply cherished Oma to Kyndall (Jason), Micah (Jess) and Tyson (Kayla), each of whom held a very special place in her heart. Her love extended to her eight treasured great-grandchildren, Brez, Ryken, Allie, Hunter S., Blakely, Hunter F., Mila and Hudson, who filled her life with love, laughter and countless precious moments.
Dear sister-in-law of Eric Jones of England. She will be fondly remembered by her Tuesday Coffee and Exercise Group and Melissa who was always there to help.

Phyllis and Mike came to Canada late 1960’s lived in the small village of Holstein, Ontario until 2005, they joined The Fiest’s in Lambeth, Opa (Mike) called it “Heaven on Earth” – we all shared our joy of having Oma and Opa close to us. We will miss Oma dearly, she was always there to mend a pant, shirt. She loved to sew and knit when able. She always kept a tin of jujubes available…..
A family graveside service will be held in the spring of 2027 at Mount Forest Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Phyllis.
